The following data will remain unchanged:
- Access passwords for Danske eBank and Danske SMS bank;
- PIN codes of your bank cards;
- Telephone number of the Contact center will remain 1636.
Since SAMPO bankas will have a different name as of 1 June 2008, subsequently the names of account management tools will change as follows: SAMPO e-bank will become Danske eBank, SAMPO SMS bank will become Danske SMS bank.
Please note that the login address of Danske eBank has changed to https://ebankas.danskebankas.lt. Therefore, if you have the SAMPO e-bank address on the list of your favorite sites, please renew the address during your first login to the Danske eBank.
Danske eBank, Danske SMS bank and the bank cards are to be used as usual, because all the options offered and the user identification measures remain unchanged.
Please remain vigilant! Protect your data from theft, i.e. phishing.
Since the name of the bank is getting changed, you may receive letters or calls from bogus bank clerks (or others) asking for your login password.
Please remember that, if needed, the staff of Danske Bankas will invite you to come to the nearest customer service branch, but they will never ask you to give them your passwords on the phone, e-mail or any other way.
Please inform us about any attempts to get hold of your passwords at 1636 or by filling in the query form.
