About Danske Bankas

• Interest income on allocated capital and interest expenses associated with liquidity management, are calculated according to the approved methodology and allocated from Other Activities and Danske Markets to Banking Activities result. The impact of these reallocations on the result of Banking Activities in Lithuania in the first nine months of 2011 equals to minus LTL 2.4 million.
• The Danske Markets result includes the share of the result of derivative transactions finalised between Danske Bank A/S and the Branch for interest rate risk management. When disclosing these results of the Branch, part of these transactions is subject to the principles of hedge accounting. The principles of hedge accounting are not applied to any intra-group transactions in the consolidated financial statements. The impact of these reallocations on the result of Banking Activities in Lithuania in the first nine months of 2011 is minus LTL 2.1 million.
• The impact of other reallocations on the result of Banking Activities is LTL 4.8 million.
