Financing Programmes

We offer to use services of companies providing guarantees to the banks engaged in SME financing:

INVEGA guarantees 50 % of the loan amount to the bank, while repayment of the remaining part of the loan may be secured by mortgage/pledge. Maximal amount of investment loan guaranteed by the company is LTL 1 m (or equivalent in euro or USD). INVEGA also provides guarantees for loans for the funding of working capital up to LTL 0.5 m (or equivalent in euro or USD).

Žemės Ūkio Paskolų Garantijų Fondas UAB (Agricultural Loan Guarantees Foundation) guarantees up to 70 % of the credit amount to the bank. Up to 80 % of the amount is guaranteed for credits extended to young farmers (under 40).

Žemės Ūkio Paskolų Garantijų Fondas UAB provides guarantees as well as an opportunity to borrow from banks to agricultural products processing enterprises and farmers wishing to receive a credit for business development or financing of working capital but not having sufficient assets for mortgage/pledge. Guarantees are also provided to those who wish to make use of the EU assistance but having no funds for initial investments.
