Which payment cards I can use for payment in online stores?
After implementing an international secure online payment system, Danske bank gives you an opportunity to pay online with both debit and credit cards.

The administrators of online stores may limit payments with certain types of debit cards but Danske Bankas provides all technical capabilities to pay online with any type of card bearing CVV number on the back.

If you have Maestro card which was issued before November 2010, you can replace it with the one suitable for online payments in any Danske Bankas branch free of charge.
When trying to pay online I’m redirected to Danske Bankas window where I’m asked to enter an additional safety number. What is this number and how can I find it out?
At online stores bearing MasterCard® SecureCode™ or Verified by Visa sign you will be asked to enter card security number which is known only to you before paying for your purchases. This international security tool protects your card from unauthorized use.

When paying in such a store for the first time, you will be asked to change the primary security code which was notified to you by the bank. If you never received such a notification or forgot the primary security code, contact the bank by short number 1636 or come to the nearest branch.
