Starting to avail yourselves of Danske SMS bank services, in the first instance you will have to change the user password which was assigned to you and specified in the Special Part of the Agreement.

Send an SMS for the purpose of changing your user password:

• If you want to know here and now how much money there is in your payment card or other account.

You'll receive a SMS message from Danske Bankas with the balance of your account (e.g. No. 1) if you send the following SMS message to the bank:

To obtain information about your debt for the service provided by Danske SMS bank, send the following inquiry:

How to block a payment card? | CBL | Card BLocking

With a view to blocking a payment card, send the following inquiry:

	Y	Payment card sequence number. (If you have more than one account/payment card, number them in the sequential order selected by you upon signing the agreement.)

Attention! You must arrive at the Bank within 7 calendar days to file a written application for confirming the blocking of the card.

Monetary transfers | D | Debet

• If you want to transfer money from one account to another here and now.
  (Monetary transfers are performed only between your personal accounts and in the same currency)

You'll immediately receive a SMS message from Danske Bankas saying that you've successfully transferred the given sum of money (e.g. LTL 100) from one account (e.g.: No. 1) to another (e.g.: No. 5) if you send the following SMS message (instruction to transfer the funds) to the bank:

When concluding the Danske SMS bank contract, the transfer limit is indicated (in LTL), i.e. the maximum sum which can be transferred on one SMS message. If you transfer funds between your own accounts in other currency, the limit is recalculated according to the valid exchange rate at that time in the bank.
