  • health insurance on employees will cost the company far less than a raise of salaries;
  • you will give your employees a possibility to be refunded for expenses incurred by paying for medical goods and services;
  • you will be able to choose the sum insured in respect of your employees and the amount of health care expenses which will be refunded to your employees.
