As of 1 April 2009, a LTL 15 000 monthly transaction limit, in addition to the existing LTL 4 000 daily limit, is introduced to all Danske eBank users who use a password card to confirm transactions.
By introducing a LTL 15 000 monthly limit we are trying to reduce the interest of malevolent people in Danske Bankas' clients and protect You from unpleasant incidents.
In addition, this limit serves to reduce the possible loss of the Bank's clients in cases of password and login data thefts.
A LTL 15 000 monthly Danske eBank transaction limit shall be applicable only to those transactions that determine the movement of the Bank's clients' money to other Bank's clients or beyond the Bank, and namely to:
- Transactions in Lithuania;
- Regular payment agreements in Lithuania;
- Regular international payment agreements;
- Payments for services in online shops;
- International transactions;
- Consent to debit funds in accordance with debit orders;
- Transfers of securities.
