If you already have an account at Danske Bank A/S Lithuania branch you should just sign a Danske eBank contract at Bank's branch. - How to get connected to Danske eBank?
- To get connected to Danske eBank:
- Make sure you have the necessary identification information and means:
- User ID: user name specified in the section "User ID" of your Danske eBank contract. This shall be an invariable unique collection of symbols designed to identify you within the system.
- User password: shall be the password, which was handed over to you in a sealed envelope at signing the Danske eBank contract. This password will have to be replaced by a new one after the first successful registration within Danske eBank. Requirements to the new password: it shall be composed of no less than 6 symbols; special symbols like !@#$%^&*()_+ are not allowed.
- Password card: shall be a plastic card with printed 24 passwords marked by unique serial numbers. The password card is handed over to you when signing the Danske eBank contract.
- NN. password: shall be a password from the password card, composed of a combination of letters and digits. To distinguish the digit "0" from a letter "O", a dot is used in the middle of the symbol, i.e. a digit with a dot in the centre shall mean a zero.
- To get connected to Danske eBank in the site https://ebankas.danskebankas.lt enter the User ID and the User password.
- Press the button "Enter".
- In the opened window the system will request to enter NN. password from the Password card. Enter the code the number of which is shown before the notice "Enter the password with number:".

- The password I entered was incorrect. What should I do?
- If an error is made in registering, i.e. the user ID or password was entered incorrectly, a notice with an explanatory text will appear on the screen. Repeat the registration procedure from the beginning.
For security considerations, if the entry of an incorrect user ID or password is attempted 5 times in a row, the right to use the Danske eBank system shall be suspended.
