A PRIORITY PASS card entitles one to enter special waiting halls at airports. The Priority Pass card is for customers who often travel by air.

Whenever a flight is delayed or cancelled, a cardholder may comfortably spend time in one of the special waiting halls of the airport while waiting for the flight. The cardholder is entitled to order snacks, soft drinks, or alcoholic drinks, read newspapers, use the conference room, get information on flights, use the telephone, fax, or internet, and watch TV.

A cardholder entering the number of his/her card on the internet website www.prioritypass.com may use information meant exclusively for the holders of cards issued by Priority Pass Ltd and get access to the newest information about the services.

• A single visit to these special waiting halls at an airport normally costs 24 EUR per person.
• The validity period of the card is 4 years.
