You lost your card? Block it!
The card may be blocked in several ways (24/7):
  • Danske eBank
  • Danske SMS bank
  • By calling Danske Bankas information centre at 1636 (if from outside Lithuania call +370 5 215 6666
  • By calling UAB First Data Lietuva authentication service in Vilnius at +370 5 233 1199

  • To block payment card by Danske eBank please login and chose in menu Transactions/Payment Card Blocking then follow these steps:
    [1] Select payment card witch you want to block.
    [2] Select the reason of blocking.
    [3] Enter your blocking comments.
    [4] Press the Block button.
    [5] Read the text of agreement and sign card blocking transaction.
  • To send a SMS message to Danske SMS bank at 1636 (if from outside Lithuania: +370 5 215 6666), dial:

    Valid password    		 space CBL
    Command letter code    		 space Y
    Card serial number
