Bank Account

The accounts can be:
  • personal, where a person opens the account in his/her own name;
  • joint, where several persons, i.e. joint holders, open an account. This is especially convenient for a family. In the agreement you can select whether to manage the account together or separately;
  • in the favour of a third party, where a person opens an account in his/her own name in the favour of a third party. Until the beneficiary contacts the Bank and expresses a will to manage the account, the person who opened it manages the account.
When opening an account at Danske Bank A/S Lithuania Branch, no account opening or service charges apply and no minimum account balance is required. You just need to drop by Danske Bank A/S Lithuania Branch and conclude a Bank Account Agreement. Remember to bring along any documents you'll need!
